Vauxhall and Opel 'not for sale' - CEO Akerson

Thu, 28 Jul 2011

GM chief executive Dan Akerson has overnight dismissed claims that its Vauxhall/Opel European division is for sale. Vauxhall and Opel have also been linked to a possible sale to the Chinese.

Mon, 05 Jul 2010

Crucially, all of that power is accessible from zero revs, allowing the E-Cell to sprint to 62mph in four seconds dead.

So if the For-Us doesn't look so much like a Smart any more, from the front at least, that's why.
