OK, I know it summer time and you don't need a heater but it will get cold again and then you will want a heater to protect you boat.  So since I sold my boat, I don't need a heater either but it is an opportunity for you to pick up one cheap if you do it now.  I bought this unit new and ran it for two seasons.  My boat was in the water so it stayed above freezing but just to be sure I installed this device and it worked perfectly.  This is plug and forget device as it comes on when needed and shuts off when it's not needed.  This is the XXXtreme "Large" version suitable for boats up to 36 feet according to the owner manual. (included.). Save money now and bid on this no reserve item and you will be ready for the winter.  Your boat will stay toasty warm and maybe even start next season, if you are lucky.
