For your consideration I have a set of two ski lockdown racks marked Ford. They are currently unlocked and I do not have the key. It is a very simple key lock so you could have one made very reasonably or may be able to find a basic key laying around that may work. Other than not having the key they are in very good condition. I have them priced to sell as they were not cheap. They measure approx 20.75" overall width....15" use-able clamping holding space, no bar attachment clamps.....button down model.....good condition....
