This is a great working extremely quiet chain hoist. It has been cleaned, inspected and repainted with high quality industrial paint. The brake works perfect, and the control handle can easily be adjusted for any desired height. I measured it as having 10-1/2 feet of lifting chain, but that can easily be lengthened if needed. It also has a perfect power cord attached to it.. The nice thing about these type of pull cord hoists is, you can nicely ease your lifting in very small controlled amounts..Like installing an engine in a car situation where you need to just move it 1/8" inch at atime...If interested ...Just message me...PS ..the factory chain is perfect and certified for this hoist..This looks and works perfect...Let me know what you need to know...I will ship right away..Or local pick -up would be FREE of course.
