This Auction is for one billet aluminum cap I made as part of a XS650 B project. At the time it seemed like every cap I found had the edges around the O-ring broken off so I decided to make my own cap out of something harder and more durable than cast aluminum. I made 5 caps out of 6061 T6 billet aluminum and test fit all of the on the 75 timing chain adjuster. They fit and sealed well. This Auction is for the one Billet Aluminum cap that fit the 1975 XS650, there is no O-ring with this cap. You will have to get that yourself. There are several pictures of the cap threaded onto the adjuster assembly as an example of the fit. (The adjuster assembly is not for sale) The hex at the top of the cap is machined for a 22mm wrench and the cap has been lightly polished.
