Paper tax discs will soon be scrapped forever, but a survey of drivers has found that a half are clueless about the new rules. The survey, of more than 1,000 people, suggests that the DVLA has failed to efficiently inform motorists of the changes – despite them coming in from the 1 October 2014. But the latest Audi TT is a much better car and does offer real performance and real driving fun, especially if you opt for the TT RS. In the fifteen years since the TT launched, Audi has managed to flog 500,000, and to celebrate we’re treated to a new TT limited edition – the Audi TTS Limited Edition – which comes with cosmetic tweaks and as a coupe or roadster.

Volvo V40 teased again ahead of Geneva [w/video]

Volvo has released an unusual cartoon teaser video for its new five-door V40, together with an additional image. The animated video features a flock of birds perching on power lines before all but one fly off. Being left on its own to dance on the lines, before fading to black with the words 'Be One of a Kind' appearing before advertising the car's imminent arrival.  Meanwhile the image (left), showing the car in silhouette, gives little away about the design, unlike Volvo's first sneak peek (right), released in December last year.
