I am parting out around a late 80's to early 90's Yamaha 40 hp 2 stroke 3 cylinder outboard because of low compression in one cylinder. The motor was traded in on a new one from the dealership that I purchased it from and they told me it was a runner! Up for bid in this auction is the electric starter motor that is in excellent operating and cosmetic condition. This should fit years from around 1986 on up to around 1992, maybe others, and for sure it will fit 40, and 50 hp but please do your research before purchasing to be sure it will fit yours. I will be listing lots of parts from this motor over the next couple weeks!    Thank-you for looking!

Audi announces 2015 A3 pricing

Fri, 25 Oct 2013

The last A3 we drove, an Irish-spec model with cloth seats and a 1.4 TSI engine paired with Audi's S-tronic twin-clutch gearbox, retailed for $54,495. Thankfully, American buyers won't face that sort of out-the-wazoo payment when the new sedan arrives early next year. Audi's announced a price that takes a direct shot across the bow of rival Mercedes-Benz' CLA: $29,900.

McLaren P1 driven by Top Gear’s Jeremy Clarkson (video)

Fri, 11 Oct 2013

McLaren P1 driven by Top Gear’s Jeremy Clarkson (pictured) It’s only a few days since McLaren revealed the first customer P1s are now rolling out of McLaren’s clinical production facility in Woking, and it looks like Jeremy Clarkson has bagged one to play with. The video (below) shows Clarkson behind the wheel of the new P1 which, judging by the number plate, is probably one of the first customer cars on the road. The opinionated one is preceded in the video by a pair of Range Rovers – one new, one old – at least one of which is a camera car, so this drive of the Mclaren P1 is obviously heading for a TV screen soon – hopefully on Top Gear.
