Fiat 500 Abarth 500 R3T rally car (2009) revealed
Fri, 02 Oct 2009By Chris Chilton First Official Pictures 02 October 2009 13:00 After letting it wither to nothing but the name on a set of spoilers in an accessories catalogues a few years ago, Fiat really is serious about the Abarth brand again. We’ve already had hot Punto and 500 Abarth road cars, the Abarth 500 Assetto Corse racer, and now there’s this, the Abarth 500 R3T rally car, unveiled at the San Remo Rally. Not quite.
Quirky cars in Geneva
Tue, 11 Mar 2008By Mark Walton Motor Shows 11 March 2008 10:30 Geneva is renowned for throwing up weird and wonderful concepts and prototypes from manufacturers you’ve never heard of, and will probably never see again. 2014 Subaru XV – less choice, more refinement
Mon, 10 Feb 2014The 2014 Subaru XV (pictured) gets a bit of a tweak The Subaru XV arrived in the UK in 2012, and it’s a perfectly able and reasonably-priced compact crossover from Subaru. But within a year of launching the XV Subaru decided to inject a bit more appeal in to the XV with a price cut of £2,300 across the range and now, not more than six months later, they’re fiddling with the XV range again. The 2.0 litre petrol XV gets new valve-train components to cut engine noise and revised suspension, with extra soundproofing improving NVH levels across the range, a revised power steering system for added stability and feel and thicker and reshaped suspension lower arm and extra reinforcement around the base of the A-Pillar for better crash performance.
