Returns are accepted on most parts (all returns MUST be approved prior to sending them back), any opened, or used parts will not be accepted for return. No returns are allowed on any electrical parts. All Returns must have prior authorization and must have a RA Number. Please fill out our RA# Request Form. We describe all items to the best of our ability from information provided by the manufacturers and/or suppliers, we list all makes and models that the part fits. Please ask any questions prior to sale if you are unsure if this will fit your machine. Please make sure and read the whole listing to make sure that your machine (EXACT Make, Model, and Year) is listed in the listing description!! All returns may be subject to a 25% restocking fee and cost of item shipped. (even if the listing may have offered free shipping, we are still charged by the delivery company, so refunds will be issued less our original shipping costs.) If item is damaged during shipping please contact Tike’s Cycle Shop via email to work out details of exchange or return and refund. All returns must be handled within 14 business days of receipt of item.
