One Lap of the Web: Stop! It's Sledgehammer time!
Wed, 20 Nov 2013-- There's a Bitter SC on eBay this week, and unlike most examples that we see on the list that is Craig's and the Electronic Bays, this is actually in decent shape. Some of you might remember these when they were new, and they remain the best way and perhaps the only way to get into an Opel Senator on this side of the Atlantic. Jaguar ramps up free maintenance program on 2011 models
Thu, 22 Apr 2010Jaguar North America, seeking to dispel lingering image problems and quell concerns about repair costs, is launching a free scheduled maintenance program for all 2011 models. The Jaguar Platinum Coverage program is a 5-year/50,000 mile new vehicle warranty with free scheduled maintenance, no-cost replacement of major wear-and-tear parts and 24/7 roadside assistance. Unlike Jaguar's previous free maintenance program, there is no cost for oil changes, filters, brake pads, brake discs, brake fluids and wiper blade inserts.

But where Tesla’s USP is its long-range electric capabilities – and a desire to build cars for the market – Google’s goal is more technology orientated and is all about developing self-driving car technology that works in the real world. For the last few years, Google has been experimenting with existing cars kitted out with self-driving gubbins, but now they’ve taken the next step and built their own self-driving prototype.
