YAMAHA D-PLATE Come With Catalytic Sensor Removal Chip

This is a CNC Superior quality SS D-Plate, which is a direct Aftermarket Replacement for Yamaha Part Number: 67B-1465A-00-00

This SS D-Plate is a low cost alternative for replacing the catalytic converter in the GP1200R, GP1300R , XL1200, and XLT1200LTD. It is a duplicate of the plate Yamaha used in countries that did not require a catalytic converter. Removal of the catalytic converter reduces engine bay temp., enhances power, and gives you the freedom to use regular 2-stroke oil. Due to it's effects on passing emissions tests, it is intended for competition use only.

Removal of your catalytic converter will improve performance and reduce engine compartment temperatures. A highly recommended mod!

The cat removal sensor chip will eliminate warning lights from coming on due to the exhaust temp. sensor circuit being removed with the catalytic converter.

This part is for competition use only!

Fits the following Yamaha Power Valve models:

  • 2000-2003 GP1200R
  • GP1300R
  • 2001-2005 XLT1200
  • 1999-2001 XL1200 LTD

Package Included:1 x D Plate & 1 x Chip

Note:Aftermarket Replacement

The PWC Cat Temp Sensor Chip is a must when replacing the OEM Catalytic Converter with the D-plate on your Yamaha GPR. The Temp Sensor imitates the signal sent to the OEM CDI by the Catalytic Converter’s temp. probe preventing CDI flutters, warning devices sounding and engine shut downs due to cat removal. The use of this sensor is only necessary with the OEM CDI. Plugs directly into factory wiring harness.

Bertone B99 Jaguar NOT for Jaguar. Perhaps Lamborghini will be interested?

Mon, 07 Mar 2011

The Bertone B99 Jaguar Concept - not for us, say Jaguar We thought we were in a minority of one when we proclaimed the Bertone B99 – Bertone’s take on a new Small Jaguar – to be the wrong direction for Jaguar. We couldn’t conceive why a struggling Italian design firm like Bertone would take a punt on designing a new Jaguar, so we assumed that Jaguar must have quietly commissioned it. Otherwise Bertone would have to be a bit barking to try and usurp Jaguar’s design team; a design team with as sure a touch as any in the industry.

BMW i8 Spied

Thu, 10 Mar 2011

The BMW i8 being filmed for BMW TV Just the other day we brought you the BMW i3 out playing in Scandinavia so, to complete the set, we thought we’d add to that with the BMW i8 doing exactly the same. These photos of the i8 being snapped in the snow are being reported as camouflaged cold-weather testing for BMW’s new “i” range of cars. Which – if you look carefully at the front of the i8 above – would seem unlikely.
