Fenix Automotive – the new supercar by Lee Noble

This is the new Fenix supercar from the real Lee Noble, and his fledgling independent supercar outfit, Fenix Automotive. The two-seater supercar unveiled in these photos will go on sale in the latter half of 2010, probably around September time.

Honda CR-Z – production ready at Detroit

Honda has revealed the production-ready CR-Z at the Detroit Motor Show Honda are very keen to catch up with Toyota in the hybrid car wars. The Honda Insight was their answer to the Prius (although better looking it was even more woeful to drive than the Prius) and Honda are now looking to move in to the ‘Sporty’ Hybrid market with the Honda CR-Z. Honda revealed the CR-Z back in October at the Tokyo Motor Show, and did the usual new model think of labeling it as a concept.

Parents worried over school run safety

MORE THAN 40% of parents of five to 11-year-olds say their child has been involved in a near-miss while walking or cycling to or from school, according to a survey. Road safety is more of a concern to parents than "stranger danger", the survey from sustainable transport charity Sustrans also found. A total of 470 parents who have a child aged five to 11 who travels to and from school were polled.
