Audi A8 facelift revealed ahead of Frankfurt Motor Show 2013

Audi is pulling weight out of its A8 limousine and sticking in more power in an effort to stem the expected upsurge from Mercedes-Benz’s all-new S-Class, also being unveiled for the first time at the 2013 Frankfurt Motor Show. The all-wheel drive Audi, which is the top-of-the-range Audi limo, may only change a little visually but delivers big upgrades in its driver assistance systems, as well as tightening its fuel consumption by up to 10%. Ford dropping Ranger pickup from U.S. lineup after 2011

Ford Motor Co., as expected, is dropping the venerable Ranger compact pickup from its U.S. lineup after the 2011 model year. Ford is consolidating its global pickup truck platforms from three to two with the introduction of an all-new Ranger to be sold outside North America starting next year.

New Images: Mercedes Unimog concept

Mercedes-Benz's Special Trucks unit (MBS) recently revealed a design study celebrating the 60th anniversary of the Unimog at the Daimler plant in Wörth, Germany. Called simply '60 Years Unimog', the concept is said to inform the future form language of Mercedes-Benz commercial vehicle design. Developed jointly by the MBS development team, the Daimler commercial vehicle designers in Sindelfingen and a model designing partner, the Unimog concept was inspired by the poison dart frog, a natie of Central and South America.
