Yamaha Ox 66 250 Hp 30" Pair Outboard Motors on 2040-parts.com
Fort Lauderdale, Florida, United States
This is a used pair of Yamaha 250 Outboard motors. The model year is 2000. They are both 30" shaft. I was told this is an up north boat that has only been in Florida for a year. The motors start and run perfectly. I have video's of them running on Youtube. See the links below. I ran a compression test and all cylinders are between 110 and 115 which is great compression. This year does not have hour guages in the tachometer so, I don't know how many hours are on these motors. But, with the compression and the visual shape these are in I would imagine the hours to be low. The paint is bubbling on the adapters in between the mid section and the lower unit. The rest of the paint is in good shape for it's age. With the exception of a few scratches on the cowlings. These motors were painted white when new before they were hung on this boat.
You are buying the motors as is. You are buying the motors only, no rigging, no props. The props are being used on the new motors. The rigging is available. I have them listed as local pick up only. However, I will ship them once full payment has cleared. There will be a $25.00 deposit required at time of purchase. Balance is due within 7 days. I will only accept bank wire transfer or cash on pick up. If you have any questions feel free to e-mail me. Please check out my other marine parts listings. Thanks for looking.

Jaguar XF Estate on the way
Sun, 22 Mar 2009Jaguar XF Estate - Expected to show as a Concept at the Frankfurt Motor Show in September Jaguar doesn’t have the best history on estate cars (the X-Type Estate, although a reasonable car – and 4WD – was just a Mondeo with smart clothes) but the Jaguar XF is such a triumph for Jaguar that I’m sure we’ll see the XF Estate taking the fight to the Germans in a big way. It’s reasonable to expect the standard engines and trim versions to carry over to the Estate, but apparently so will the mighty XFR trim. Which means we will see a Jaguar Estate car which will be able to take on the likes of the M5 Estate, the E63 AMG Estate and the RS6 Estate.
Cadillac Ciel concept
Fri, 19 Aug 2011The Cadillac Ciel concept, a four-seat convertible, has just been revealed at the 2011 Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance. "The Ciel is about the romance of the drive," says Clay Dean, global design director of Cadillac. "It emulates the great touring cars seen on the greens at Pebble Beach, but with a modern flair that projects Cadillac's vision for the future." Interior design manager Gael Buzyn says, "Simplicity and lightness ensure nothing distracts from the open driving experience, while the color and materials lend the feeling that the vehicle's environment blends with the surroundings." The four-door Cadillac Ciel concept was developed with a long, low proportion, reminiscent of classic automobiles, while the interior features Italian olive wood, machined aluminum and hand-tipped leather.
National Motorists Association says get out of the way
Wed, 25 May 2011This is a no-brainer to AutoWeek readers, but the National Motorists Association has launched a publicity campaign urging drivers to not block the left lane and cause traffic problems. The group has named June "Lane Courtesy Month," which coincides with higher traffic volumes for the summer. The group says a driver is lane-courteous when he or she is keeping clear of the left lane unless passing slower-moving vehicles, then moving back into the right lane as soon as possible.
