• This intake eliminates your restrictive stock intake tube between the carb and air box.
• The stock filter is known to allow dirty air through where it is supposed to seal to the box. We have eliminated this problem by using a clamp on filter for a perfect seal every time. The stock air filter has a restrictive 3" ID. We use a 4" ID filter on this intake.
• You can expect to see a 4HP on a stock Rhino, 6HP on a modified Rhino. The key to this HUGE power increase is in the high velocity, high volume aluminum intake plenum.
• The stock jetting on most Rhinos is 25 pilot and 140 main. Most people using this intake will need a 27.5 pilot and 175 main.
• Comes with everything you need to install the intake. No modifications are required to any of your stock components. 
• Does not come with a filter. Uses UNI #NU-4102ST and K&N #HA-4250. 
• You will also need to purchase your own jets.
• The aluminum plenum and air filter are mounted where your stock air box is now.
• Your stock air box has the crank case breather hose attached to it. This air box allows for so much air flow that the crank case breather hose can not be attached to the air box because it can actually suck oil out of your crank case and into the air box. We leave the breather hose open and tie it to the frame in the highest location it will reach. We have run our ATV's with an open breather hose for many years, in all riding conditions with no problems. The crank case maintains positive pressure on the hose making it virtually impossible for anything to get in. The open crank case breather hose has been standard on many ATV's for years. If you would like more protection, you can add a crank case breather filter to the hose.
