McLaren 12C GT Sprint appears at Auto Zurich
Thu, 07 Nov 2013McLaren confirmed earlier this month that the 12C GT Sprint would cost $316,000, converted from British pounds. On Thursday, we were sent a selection of photos of the new track car by photographer David Kaiser, from a car show in Zurich, Switzerland. According to a McLaren representative at the booth, the 12C GT Sprint pictured is the first production car.
Aston Martin to bring back Lagonda
Fri, 25 Jul 2014ASTON MARTIN is bringing back the Lagonda name, with the super saloon being offered for sale by invitation only. To be built at the company's plant at Gaydon in Warwickshire, the new car will be inspired by the Lagonda of 1976. Aston Martin is currently giving no indication of what the new Lagonda will cost other than saying that the price will be "commensurate with the car's exclusivity, quality and luxurious nature".
New System Needed To Highlight Risks Of Prescription Drugs, Says IAM
Tue, 15 Oct 2013THE Institute of Advanced Motorists (IAM) has raised the issue of prescription drug labeling, after finding that many drivers believe the product information could be more comprehensive. In a survey based on 2,376 responses, only half of drivers asked felt prescription drug labelling is clear enough on medicines. This exercise comes after the government announced earlier this year that a drug-driving bill will be introduced, and will include chemicals which can be found in prescription drugs.
