Yamaha XJ550 Maxim OEM Gas Tank - red - with brand new petcock, US $90.50, image 1
Condition:Used

This comes off a 1983 Yamaha Maxim XJ550.  There are no dents in the tank at all - it's n great condition.  The inside of the tank is pristine.  The paint is a little faded, but that's an easy fix for those who want to fix it.  I was originally going to repaint it a cherry red.  The side Yamaha badges are in good shape, but they need new stencil.  It has a couple slight scratches in the paint, but not into the tank.  I love that this tank is in such good condition - hate to sell it.

New Renault Clio arrives

The new Renault Clio has been revealed ahead of a debut at the Paris Motor Show with a new look and five doors. Although it’s still based on the underpinnings of the current Clio, the new Renault Clio is a lot more than a facelift of the current car. For a start, it comes as a five door only, with the back door handles hidden so it looks like a three door, and gets a bold new style that’s been influenced by the Renault DeZir Concept with a new corporate nose featuring a big front grill and Renault badge and big, swoopy crease lines down the doors.

Mon, 16 Mar 2009

Our friends at Acura are bringing a new car to the New York auto show next month. On Monday, they gave us a little tease--an overhead view of the car, albeit with many details hidden. What we do see in the shot is two door handles, but cut lines for a rear set of doors--possibly rear hinged?
