Yamaha Xs650 Billet Aluminum Generator Cover (beveled) on 2040-parts.com
Exeter, California, US
This is an alternator cover machined from 6061 billet aluminum I made for my Yamaha XS650 café project. I made three of these and test fitted them on my 71 and 82 xs650s without a problem. I decided to sell what I’m not using and sold them all. People expressed an interest in buying more so I made a few more to sell. I should say that this cover was machined to fit the two bikes I have which they fit fine, but if your screw holes vary in your casting it may require you to file the holes a little to match your bike. This cover comes with two stainless socket head screws to mount the cover. Shipping will be $5.80 which is my cost through the USPS Priority mail. No returns accepted, No international buyers which means USA only and Paypal only. There will be deliver conformation on this.

Cadillac CTS-V Estate / Wagon official
Mon, 29 Mar 2010The Cadillac CTS-V Wagon / Estate will debut at the New York Motor Show After Bob Lutz’ comments that the Cadillac CTS-V will come in any flavour you want, we’ve known that not only will there be a CTS-V Coupe – which was officially revealed in January at Detroit – but that there would be a Cadillac CTS-V Wagon as well. The arrival of the CTS-V Estate became certain when we got hold of spy photos of the CTS-V Estate and now Cadillac has issued official pictures of the load-lugging, barn-storming Wagon ahead of its official reveal at the New York Motor Show this week. Cadillac aren’t calling the New York Show Car a Concept, but nor do they consider it a production version.
McLaren P1 Geneva reveal confirmed & first instrument view
Wed, 06 Feb 2013The McLaren P1 supercar has been confirmed for a Geneva Motor Show debut and we get the first peek at the P1′s ‘Race’ instruments. McLaren are certainly making the most of the reveal of the P1 and are still keeping the exact specifications close to their chest, although we do know that the P1 will get a modified version of the V8 in the 12C with a hybrid KERS type boost offering something north of 900bhp. But McLaren has thrown us a titbit of extra information with the Geneva confirmation in the form of two photos of the digital instruments in the P1 (inset above and in the main photo gallery for the P1).
