Highway bars with
BOLT ON PEG OPTION
*NOTE: , BMX PEGS NOT INCLUDED*
**Hollow core bmx pegs are required for these bars.**
new design with smooth mandrel bends
.060 wall steel tubing, mig welded, hardware included
These allow you to stretch your legs and cruse comfortably while riding
Primed flat black in color, but buyer can paint whatever color they like.
Installation
how these install on your bike, on your floor board there are 2 plastic plugs left and right of battery cover.
pop out plastic plugs with pick or small screwdriver, under the plugs there will be a 10mm bolt. remove it,
BAR INSTALL, place big washer over the hole where the plug was OR some people drill a hole in the plug and use it
place bars on floorboard, use the long 10mm bolts i supply with the bars put the small washers on the bolts then put bolt through tab hole into floor, FINGER THEN HAND TIGHTEN the long bolts first use 1/4" or 3/8" drive sockets or wrench to tighten up, do not use impact tools because you will snap off the hardware in the thread hole in your frame.
PEG INSTALL
14mm pegs go right on no drilling required
3/8 pegs need to be drilled i use 7/16th bolts to mount them on the bars
bar ends will have a bolt and lock washer, remove those put down inside peg, use extension on your 3/8 drive ratchet hand tight first then tighten up the bolts its easier to install pegs once bars are on the bike.

Warranty Info
i will honor a warranty on the bars if they bend or break. Honestly i haven't heard of a set doing this but if they do i will offer a exchange warranty, if you crash and mess them up thats on you. we did a test on these bars z50 and z125 2 adults standing on them one on each peg held great no bending or issues, as for the "junky bar factors that you read on the fourms and the trash talk, honestly i haven't had one set returned or any issues with the quality, had a few complaints on the tapered ends so i bought some new equipment and make them pretty much the same width as the tubing clean to the end. nice flush ends. as for pegs go 14mm hollow core pegs required amazon has nice sets cheap and black or silver, they have shorty pegs as well.
buyer must return defective set before i send a new set out. Sorry no refunds on items but warranty exchange yes.
Refunds: no refunds but exchange is ok
