THE DIAL READS FROM 0-8.5 FT, 0-24.3 TONS X10 AND 28 VDC ILLUMINATION. I'M NOT SURE WHAT IS IT USED FOR OTHER THAN MILITARY PURPOSE. THE NSN NUMBER IS 6625-01-412-7734.
