2011 Mercedes C63 AMG - now it's official It’s more than a month since we published leaked photos of the 2011 Mercedes C63 AMG. We also had an extra set of snaps last week, but they told us nothing we didn’t already know so we didn’t publish them. We also reckoned Mercedes were about to reveal theĀ 2011 Mercedes C63 AMG officially so we may as well wait.

Bugatti Veyron hits the drag strip for fast quarter-mile: Video

                                                                          Thu, 29 Dec 2011

The folks over at DragTimes have recorded a Bugatti Veyron 16. 4 while it ran the quarter-mile against a tuned Nissan GT-R at Palm Beach International Raceway. While the French sports car looked out of its element, it was right at home doing what it was designed for, going fast.

Speed causes crashes? More accurate reporting would improve driver education and safety

                                                                          Fri, 06 Dec 2013

I am a professional race-car driver with 30 years of experience, and I still drive for General Motors' Cadillac race team in the Pirelli World Challenge series. I also have 20 years of experience educating new drivers, parents and driver-education teachers regarding safer street driving. This apparent (to some people) contradiction of experience puts me in the position of being a bit of a sounding post.
