The Nissan Pivo 3 will make its world debut at the Tokyo motor show later this month. You may remember the previous Pivo concepts featured a rotating, spherical cabin, which sat atop a square base whose four wheels allowed it to move in any direction. This Pivo is different in that its cabin is fixed and also (relatively) more car-like, with a design language that is now recognizably Nissan.

While rumours that the Gallardo replacement was to be called the ‘Cabrera’ (Spanish for ‘goat herder’ apparently) proved false, the new sports car at least follows the tradition of being named after a bull.
