This is a cockpit voice recorder used on various types of commercial aircraft. This one has a parts tag showing removal from DQ-FJE on 7/17/03 during tear down and has been in storage since. It is in good condition without damage to the face or connector. All controls are in place and move easily. The data tag reads FAIRCHILD AVIATION RECORDERS, CONTROL UNIT, PART NO. 93A152-20, MODEL NO. A152. It is not tagged and I have no way to test it so it well be listed AS IS. And so it seems – even though almost a year has passed – with the reveal today by Peugeot of what will be the world’s first diesel hybrid when the 3008 HYbrid4 starts to hit the road in 2011.
