Item Description
The CS One line is the newest generation of sport bike exhausts from Vance & Hines. Using stainless steel construction, a matte black ceramic finish, the trapezoidal-shaped CS One slip-on blends performance and style to enhance the best-selling performance bikes on the road today.
The CS One line has been carefully engineered to extract additional power, while at the same time improving rideability. With attention not only given to performance, the CS One line is also acoustically engineered to produce a more aggressive yet controlled exhaust note to enhance the pleasure of spirited sport riding, while keeping sound levels at a reasonable level.
Payment Policy
We only accept PayPal at this time as this keeps the transaction safe for both the "seller" and "buyer". Payment is due within 48 hours of auction end, if there is any reason you are unable to make the payment within this time frame, please contact us immediately. If we are not contacted and payments have not been received in 5 days of auction end, an unpaid item case will be opened. We are required to collect an 8.875% sales tax for New York residents only.
Shipping Policy
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
For Domestic Shipping we ship with UPS or USPS, depending on the item and the day we ship out the item. We try to select the shipping provider that will get your items as fast as possible to you. This means that if you won an item on a Thursday and it takes 3 days shipping time, most likely we will ship it with USPS since they deliver on Saturdays. Most items are shipped within the same or next business day of receiving full payment. Once the item is shipped you will be provided with tracking information.
For International Shipping we primarily ship with USPS but can also ship with UPS upon request. Please note that shipping with UPS internationally adds additional shipping costs. Most items are shipped within the same or next business day of receiving full payment. Once the item is shipped you will be provided with tracking information. International tracking is available but please be advised that depending on the destination it may or may not update or have accurate information on where the package currently is.
We as the "seller" are not responsible for any import taxes, duties, customs fees or any other charges imposed by your local government and are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
International shipping fees are not refundable on returns or exchanges.
Returns Policy
KCA Racing accepts returns or exchanges on all products (except electronic items and helmets) within 14 days of receipt. All returned items must be in same condition as you received it, must have all tags, stickers, manuals, documentation, paperwork, etc, etc, and in its original packaging. Used, opened, or worn items will not be accepted. Buyers will pay for all return or exchange shipping fees unless the return is a result of our error (e.g. you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) For items in which include “free shipping”, shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount you will receive. When returning an item please use an appropriate postal shipping box and ensure the item is properly packed using proper packaging material. This will help ensure your returned item or exchange item is not damaged on the way back KCA Racing. Items damaged during the return shipping process are not responsibility of KCA Racing and become property of the buyer. In order to return or exchange an item please contact us through eBay to receive an RMA# and initiate the return process. Returns or exchanges must be received within 10 business days of you receiving the RMA#. No returns or exchanges will be accepted without a RMA#.
