BMW X1 US launch delayed – because the new X3 is so good
Wed, 04 May 2011BMW X1 - not in the US until late 2012 It would have been inconceivable just a few years ago that there could ever be a market in the US for a car like the BMW X1. But times have changed and even Americans see the benefits of a (much) smaller SUV, so BMW was originally planning on launching the X1 in the US around now. Jaguar: Geneva Motor Show 2013
Wed, 06 Mar 2013Jaguar has the European debut of the new Jaguar XFR-S, the new F-Type, classic Jaguars and the trailer for the Jaguar F-Type film by Ridley Scott. It’s a relatively quiet Geneva Motor Show for Jaguar with nothing really new to shout about, but there is one European debut, the new Jaguar XFR-S, and the nest instalment in the F-Type’s ongoing PR assault with a final trailer for the F-Type film by Ridley Scott. The Jaguar XF cobbled together to take a bit more of a fight to the new BMW M5 and Mercedes E63 AMG than the XFR can manage – the Jaguar XFR-S – gets its European debut at Geneva.

On the eve of the Corvettes at Carlisle show in Carlisle, Pa., event promoter Lance Miller opened one of his climate-controlled garages to reveal the 1960 Corvette that many are certain is the car that wore No. 1 and ran in the 1960 race at Le Mans.
