However it is not previously used, and is in like new condition except for some minor scratches from being palletized with other hitches and moved around. Purely Cosmetic. This hitch was acquired as part of a 300+ hitch lot from a distributor that went bankrupt, and I am selling them all on EBAY and locally. The distributor had removed the boxes to put them on the shelves for local sale, and they got palletized when they went bankrupt and I purchased them and moved them to AL.
