The cover is mostly very clean and nice and shiny and totally unabused, with no scatches or creases. The cover remains very well attached by shiny staples. A few pen notes are found on page 2-9 only. Pencil cyphering is found in the Weight and Balance table on page 3-4, and pencil marks are found on the Cruise Performance page 5-4 only. All pencil marks have been removed by soft eraser, faint artifacts may be visible. There is light patina throughout as you might expect of a manual of this vintage. That is it. The book is otherwise pristine inside with no other writing or markings, no highlighting, no missing or torn or loose pages. The corners are very sharp and the book lays flat as new. See the photos. This one is still just perfect for your "Grand Champion".” Read Less Aircraft Type:172 Make:cessna Country/Region of Manufacture:United States
