Reason 1: Ordered the Wrong Part or No Longer Need
This item is returnable within 14 days of the original purchase date, provided it is in brand new NON-Installed (showing no signs of wear or installation) NON-altered resalable condition. Once a sealed item's packaging has been opened, the item will be considered to have been installed.
Items that have been installed or altered are non-returnable.
Once an item has been installed, it then falls under the warranty if one applies to this item.
The item must be returned in the original packaging. We reserve the right to apply a restocking fee, to refuse any return or refuse a refund if the item is no longer resalable. A refund will be given at the final auction or buy-it-now price less shipping and handling charges and a 20% restocking fee will be charged. Buyers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
Reason 2: Item is Defective
In order to claim an electrical item is defective, you will need to supply your VIN (vehicle identification number), your vehicle's electrical system's voltage reading and the part's voltage reading before returning it to us. We will also test the part when we receive it. If it tests correctly, we will charge the restocking fee.
If you are not able to supply this information, you will need to return this under the terms of reason number 1.
This item has been manufactured to be installed by a competent mechanic. It will not Fall Apart or Break under normal installation. If you or your mechanic damages or breaks this item, that does not mean it was defective. It means it was not installed properly.
Therefore, if the item gets bent or broken by excessive force or shorted out due to voltage irregularities, it is NOT defective and cannot be returned for that reason.
Reason 3. Damages Caused by Carrier
If an item arrives damaged from shipping, it must be reported to us immediately (no more than 3 days), so that we can correct the situation. Carriers will not accept damage claims after 5 days of delivery.
You must retain all outer cartons, boxes, packing material, and labels until the claim process has been finalized.
If you do not notify us within 3 days or refuse to assist us in the claims process, you will forfeit your refund.

2014 Ford Focus facelift (pictured) is heading for Geneva
It doesn’t seem five minutes since the latest Ford Focus arrived, but it’s facelift time already for the Focus and that can only mean one thing – an Aston Marin grill. Just as it has with all its new cars in the last year or two, Ford has bolted a new front end on the 2014 Focus with a new bumper, new lights and a grill that started life on an Aston Martin. The rest of the changes look to be minimal, with small changes to the rear lights and alloys about all the exterior has to offer.

Vauxhall/Opel today announced the new Ampera concept car – a European version of the Volt petrol-electric plug-in hybrid. The Ampera will be the big news for GM’s European arm at the 2009 Geneva motor show (assuming GM is still in business by then, of course). The Ampera is designed around GM’s newly christened Voltec plug-in hybrid technology.
